EPA lists June 30, 2026 as the next five-year RRA deadline for community water systems serving 3,301 to 49,999 people, and December 31, 2026 as the corresponding ERP deadline when the RRA is certified on the final due date.
*ERP certification is due six months after the utility's actual RRA certification date, so an individual utility's deadline may be earlier.
